As a 501(c)(3) “for purpose” organization serving Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York, our dedicated team provides hands-on, evidence-based programs tailored to each individual.
Through workforce development, housing assistance, life skills training, and family reunification we open doors to opportunity and stability, one person at a time. We know the early days after release are make-or-break. That’s why we walk alongside our participants every step of the way offering real support, meaningful guidance, and a belief in many chances, not just second ones.

STRIVE Initiatives’ York Office is proud to call 140 N. Duke Street our home. This exciting move marks a new chapter in our mission to support justice-involved individuals and strengthen communities across Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York.
Now sharing space with our dedicated partners at Friends & Neighbors of Pennsylvania, this collaborative environment allows us to offer even more comprehensive, person-centered support from workforce development and housing assistance to reentry guidance, mentorship, and family reunification.
Our York location reflects our deepening commitment to creating second chances, restoring dignity, and opening new pathways to success for individuals and families rebuilding their lives.
