STRIVE Initiatives is committed to building a Board of Directors that reflects the diversity, resilience, and lived experiences of the individuals and communities we serve. We welcome leaders, advocates, and changemakers from both inside and outside the criminal justice and reentry systems who share our mission of reducing recidivism and empowering transformation
STRIVE’s Board is a working board that meets regularly and actively supports the growth and direction of our organization. Here’s what to expect as part of the Board:
- Meetings once per month (held virtually)
- One in-person meeting held annually
- Participation via conference call is welcome
- Meetings typically last 1 hour
- Actively promote STRIVE’s mission, programs, and impact
- Stay informed about STRIVE’s budget and financial needs
