  • Supportive reentry planning that begins during incarceration and continues post-release
  • Cognitive Behavioral Intervention (CBI) Groups that support better decision-making, emotional regulation, and effective conflict resolution
  • One-on-One Counseling with a Licensed Social Worker to address family dynamics, promote healing, and help you become an involved, responsible, and committed father
  • Strengthening of parent-child bonds to foster positive outcomes for the whole family

Every father deserves the opportunity to reconnect, grow, and lead with purpose. Our Fatherhood Reentry Program is designed to guide and uplift you through the reentry process—helping you rebuild your life, strengthen family connections, and create a foundation for long-term success. At STRIVE, fatherhood is not just about where you’ve been—it’s about where you’re going. And we’re here every step of the way. Referrals are accepted from York County Prison and the community for eligible justice-involved fathers. This comprehensive program empowers fathers to reclaim their roles and navigate post-release life with clarity and support.
