Mentoring

STRIVE’s Mentoring Program is built on the power of connection—offering justice-impacted individuals the chance to build trusting, nonjudgmental relationships with mentors who walk beside them through every step of the reentry journey.

This evidence-based program is designed for both men and women who have faced challenges such as substance use, domestic violence, and trauma, and are ready to move forward with support and purpose. At STRIVE, we don’t just talk about change—we invest in it. We honor the dreams and goals of every participant and stay committed to their long-term success in life, family, and community.

Our Mentoring Program offers:

  • 9–12 months of consistent, one-on-one mentorship focused on growth, accountability, and healing
  • Expert, compassionate mentors who model healthy decision-making and pro-social behavior
  • Staff-assisted goal planning to help participants access resources, rebuild family structures, and work toward self-sufficiency
  • A safe, supportive environment where individuals are respected, heard, and encouraged
