A journey of transformation and growth
The Fatherhood Reentry Program is here to guide and uplift you every step of the way. Our comprehensive program is designed to empower fathers as they transition back into their community, fostering meaningful connections with their families and building a brighter future by:
- Individual Service Plans to equip you with the goals necessary to make the most of your initial months post-release
- Cognitive Behavioral Intervention groups to help increase rational thinking, manage stress, controversy, conflict and make better decisions
- One-on-One Case Management to address family dysfunction by training fathers to be involved, responsible, and committed.
Referrals to the Fatherhood Reentry Program can be accepted from within York County Prison and work begins while you are still incarcerated. STRIVE's Fatherhood Reentry Coordinator will continue to provide supportive services and community resource coordination after you're released.
Referrals can also be accepted for justice-involved fathers returing home from incarceration.
